Designer Carmen Rodwell creates a smooth design transition throughout the home design
PRICING NOTES:

* Prices quoted are based upon the services of one person.   In the event that an assistant needs to be brought in due to the workload involved this fee will be renegotiated.

* Mileage is calculated to include the designer's travel time.  

* If more than one day is required to complete the room due to the workload involved, an extra $60.00 per hour will apply.

NOTE Consultation, evaluation, photos and completion of job is all considered in the 8 hour day.

Just a note to thank-you for the wonderful experience that we had in our “home design” this week.

Not only was the room absolutely beautiful! (More than I could ever imagine for that space). You were able to put it all together with things that we already owned; so it cost very little. I have had many experiences over the years with decorators that required new purchases of furniture, paint and accessories and the results didn’t compare to what you were able to accomplish in a single day.

It was so professional and the comments that were made to encourage us with other projects in the rest of the house were positive and helpful.

It was especially useful for us to have an idea of how to hang the artwork throughout the house. It is one thing to acquire beautiful pieces and quite another to show them off in the way that you were able to do.

We learned a great deal from this experience with you.

I would recommend a similar experience to my friends and colleagues and I feel fortunate that we were able to have you in our home.

Just wanted to thank-you for staging our home.

Our house looks very inviting since it was staged. Just the way you moved the pictures and moved furniture around it looks very different. Looks like having a totally different house. You also took the time to go through every room to see what could be changed.

The clutter is now gone and our home looks so much bigger. The different lamps and pillows set it off as well.

I highly recommend anyone selling or even buying a new home to seriously think about home staging because it really makes a difference. We would also like you to stage our new home when we sell the current one.

Home Designing is unique and is an innovative concept to enhance the most of what a home already has.   Using the existing belongings of the home, a creative combination of special planning, balance and color will bring the passion of the room to a new level of warmth, function, invitation and peace.   A room can be transformed by making creative changes ~ rearrange furniture, add accessories, lighting, vignettes and refine the placement of art.

    unexpected family changes from birth to old age.

Upon completion you will see new ways to use your belongings.   You will know what to add to your "wish list" and what you can do without.  

Initially we will meet for a consultation and then the creation of your room will begin.   Enjoy your day at work or at play in anticipation of your new Home Design.

Home Designing & Decorating Fees

Consultation ~ $80.00
Home Design ~ $395.00 (based on an 8 hour one person day)*, plus mileage

Secure the Home Design and the $80.00 Consultation Fee will be waived.

Home Staging

Home staging is a process in which the home is prepared for sale in the potential buyer’s view. Selling a home has 3 important facts that are vital to the market:

Staging will enhance the home’s condition to bring the closest target sale price, sell faster and attract potential buyers.   First impressions are of utmost importance… from the curb appeal to the interior appeal, staging helps the customer envision their home as their own and also to enhance it to the potential buyer.
Home Staging Package Fees

  • Package 1 ~ $125.00 (plus mileage)
    This consists of one to two hour consultation of entire home and a comprehensive written suggestion list.


  • Package 2 ~ $395.00 (plus mileage)
    This consists of Package 1 and an 8 hour one person day of designing the main living area using the existing furniture and accessories to create a beautiful and inviting atmosphere.

    NOTE Consultation, evaluation, photos and completion of job is all considered in the 8 hour day.


  • Package 3 ~ Negotiable
    This consists of arranging the entire home for the best possible effect, reduce clutter and assist the client with other suggestions.   Price will be negotiated after consultation as it will depend on the workload and the amount of time required completing the service.

    NOTE: * Mileage will be added to these packages.
